This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is advertised as 100% set aside for Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 562910 – Remediation Services. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management
(SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The Portland District Contracting Office Small Business Specialist is Ms. Carol McIntyre, at 503-808-4602.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM. RSVP and location
