The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Bill Printing and Mailing Services for the Town's Utility and Tax Bills.
The Town is seeking proposals from experienced firms capable of providing secure data processing, printing, inserting, mailing, electronic bill suppression, address correction, reporting, and related services for water, real estate, personal property, demand, and warrant bills in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
This procurement is conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Section 6.

beginning July 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Proposals must be submitted in two (2) separately sealed envelopes (Technical Proposal and Price Proposal) and received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026.
