City of Pea Ridge will receive sealed bids for the N. Davis St. Sidewalk Ext. (Pea Ridge) (S) JOB 090719 F.A.P. CRPU-0004(109) until 11:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at City of Pea Ridge, 975 Weston Street, Pea Ridge AR 72751. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. Meeting information will be posted to the QuestCDN online bid interface under Project Q&A. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The project includes construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet of new concrete sidewalk. Associated curb and gutter, storm drain installation, paving, and retaining wall construction are also included.
Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to City of Pea Ridge, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.

The City of Pea Ridge hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labore laws, non-discrimination provisions, Davis Bacon wage rates and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time, which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
