(BID) Resurfacing of East Atlanta Road

Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (BID) Resurfacing of East Atlanta Road . Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for asphalt milling, and hot-mix asphalt placement for resurfacing of East Atlanta Road, from Cotton Indian Creek Bridge to Fairview Road. This includes but is not limited to traffic control (including temporary striping), asphalt patching, milling (2 inches), resurfacing, the placement of bituminous tack, and placement of pavement marking. Bids will only be considered by those bidders and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. Also, Contractors must currently be registered and active with SAM.gov.
