THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO POST THE
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS RECEIVED FROM THIS SOLICITATION
AND TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE FOR THIS POSTING TO ALLOW TIME
FOR REVIEW OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. ALL ELSE REMAINS UNCHANGED.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: FIRM - FIXED PRICE

100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement.
In accordance with the FAR Subpart 19.502-2 award
will be based on Lowest Price Technically
acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the
specifications.

NAICS Code: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air
Conditioning Contractors
Size Standard: $19M

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the
magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be
between $250,000 and $500,000.

Period of Performance: 30 days from Notice to
Proceed.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal
Acquisition Regulations require that federal
contractors register in the System for Award
Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov
and enter all mandatory information into the system.
Award cannot be made until the contractor
has registered. Interested offerors are
encouraged to ensure that they are registered in
SAM prior to submitting their quote.
THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED
BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
