NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFB #26-089

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice

Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 24, 2026, and

immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the

construction of the Holly Springs Library & Cultural Arts Center Landscape Improvements project, located in

Holly Springs, NC.

Complete contract documents are available upon request by contacting the Landscape Architect, Jose

Rodriquez, at jose@sitecollaborative.com Electronic bidding documents will also be posted to the following

Wake County website: https://www.wake.gov/departments-government/finance/current-business-opportunities

Contractors are responsible for distributing documents to all subcontractors.

A non-mandatory but highly encouraged Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00am on September 8, 2026. We

will meet on-site at the Holly Springs Community Library, 300 W Ballentine St, Holly Springs, NC 27540.

Questions will be received via e-mail only to Myers Mast at ralf.mast@wake.gov The deadline to submit

questions is 5:00pm on September 11, 2026. A final addendum will be released no later than 5:00 pm on

September 15, 2026.

This project consists of removing existing plants and trees, soil and planting bed preparation, shrub, tree,

groundcover, and sod installation, boulder installation, as well as site furnishing installations. Refer to the

Project Manual herein and associated Construction Drawings for the full scope of work.

No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
