Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide & implement an on-premises solution and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that is simple and user-friendly for waste tracking and weigh scale system operations. The system will be used at five remote transfer sites and the central landfill. See scope for detail.
