Rose Hill Cemetery Improvements (Phase 1A)

City of Winder, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the Construction of the following Project:
Rose Hill Cemetery Improvements-Phase 1A
Capital Project# SP25-03

Sealed Bids for the Construction of the Project will be received at the front desk of the Public
Utilities Facility, 138 Sweetwater Trail, Winder, Georgia 30680 (Clearly Marked Attention: Robert
Cheshire, Rose Hill Cemetery Improvements-Project #SP25-03), until Thursday, August 7, 2025,
at 2:00 p.m., local time. Soon thereafter, all received bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

The Project generally consists of the following Work:
Construction of Decorative Retaining Walls, Ornamental Fencing, a Memorial Brick Plaza,
a Scattering Garden and Sidewalks along with the Installation of Columbaria Niche Walls,
Benches, Landscaping, Conduit for future utilities and other related items.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Agreement Between Owner and Contractor For
Construction Contract (Stipulated Price): Rose Hill Cemetery Improvements-Phase 1A.

The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.

Registry (GPR) and City of Winder's website

Pre-bid Meeting
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 2:00pm in the Utilities
Facility Training Room at 138 Sweetwater Tr., Winder, GA 30680. Attendance at the Pre-Bid
Meeting is not Mandatory for prospective bidders but is encouraged.

All questions must be submitted in writing via email to either Travis Tagoorpersaud at
Travis.Tagoorpersaud@pondco.com or Sydney Thompson at ThompsonS@pondco.com by 2:00
pm, Thursday, July 31, 2025. No Bids will be accepted by fax or email. All bids must be physically
submitted as noted above.
