Highridge Way Road Rehab - Engineering Services

The Town of Stony Plain is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of Highridge Way from Heartwood Lane to Golf Course Road. This project aims to renew the lifecycle of the road and associated infrastructure, including sidewalks, watermain, storm, and sanitary sewer. The Town would also like to explore the opportunity to enhance traffic and pedestrian safety along the corridor adjacent to High Park School.

The successful proponent will be responsible for providing preliminary engineering and detailed design in 2026, and contract management and construction management services in 2027 pending Council budget approval. All scope shall be completed in consultation with the Town in order to complete the rehabilitation.
