Project Description: SMART is issuing a Notice of Intent to award a negotiated purchase order to MAHLE Industrial Thermal Systems America, LP for the purchase of ten (10) OEM Replacement Electric Fan Motors for SMART’s DMU Rooftop Cooling Units (Original Manufacturer: I.S.G.E.V., Part # 5004-04777, Dwg # 0404841,4) without seeking competition. It is SMART’s understanding that MAHLE Industrial Thermal Systems America, LP is the only available source of supply to supply these OEM replacement parts. The estimated value of this purchase contract is $26,000.00
This notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals and there is no solicitation available. If upon review of this Notice, vendors determine that they are able to legally supply these replacement parts including all manufacturer warranties, SMART requests that the vendor submit a response to this Notice of Intent.
