RFP26-005 NPRSA MASTER PLAN
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to develop a comprehensive facilities plan. The goal of this plan is to evaluate existing infrastructure and identify strategic opportunities for future expansion of the recreation area through phased project development.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM via Zoom Conference. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. |
