The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of the design, implementation and support of digital monitoring systems, to include software upgrades, training, materials and maintenance (collectively the âServicesâ) for Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) (www.dmp.com) security intrusion and access control systems, including, but not limited to, Aiphone components, herein referred to as âsecurity systemâ or âthe systemâ, and associated equipment by Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) and the County of Fairfax, Virginia (Fairfax County Government or FCG). FCPS and FCG are referred to together herein as âthe Countyâ or âFairfax Countyâ.The resultant contract will also provide FCPS with an âas requiredâ source for augmentation of FCPS personnel implementing all systems to include maintenance and repairs of all systems and components.
