The Public Works Department of the City of Jacksonville, Florida is currently accepting bids to obtain source(s) of supply for the item(s) or service(s) as outlined in the bid documents provided. See the attachment(s) for additional information. The City of Jacksonville intends to improve the existing Metropolitan Park and transform the Shipyards West property by installing a public park. Current funding for the Shipyards West Project is $94,700,000 and Metropolitan Park is $38,500,000 as established in the City’s Capital Improvement Plan. These amounts are inclusive of design, permitting, construction inspection, CMAR preconstruction and all services required for the CMAR to complete the project.
