SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT SL 0000000071SL: McCain Traffic Signal Controllers

The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District has determined that only Pinkley Sales Company can provide the Department with McCain ATC eX2 NEMA Controllers with EPAC DB37 D Module and also provide service, warranty, and repairs for existing products already installed. Pinkley Sales Company is the sole authorized distributor for McCain Traffic Products in the state of Missouri. Controllers are needed for both routine and emergency replacements at locations along 1200 plus intersections that require the special functions the eX2 provides whereas this brand and advanced model are exclusive to these locations. These controllers are also compatible to existing software/programming. Repairs by unauthorized repair facilities could void any warranty and/or functionally responsibility on the part of the respective manufacturer. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: Contract Execution Date through May 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods.
