Synopsis
|
The Heritage Hills Drainage Improvements project, located along Frost Street North near Hickory Hill Drive and Pinemeadow Cove in Jacksonville, Florida, includes demolition of existing deteriorated culverts and riprap, grading and reconstruction of an open drainage ditch system, and installation of new reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) connections to improve stormwater conveyance. The work consists of concrete ditch paving with weep holes and underdrain stone per COJ Standard Plates D-501 and D-602, erosion and sediment control, restoration of disturbed areas with sod, and tree protection within a 15-foot temporary construction easement. Construction activities shall comply with all City of Jacksonville Public Works standards, NPDES requirements, and applicable JEA utility coordination procedures, ensuring full restoration of impacted right-of-way and private property areas upon completion.
