The proposal must be signed by an official authorized to commit the proposer. Proposer must submit

five (5) hard copies (one (1) original and four (4) copies) as well as one (1) thumb drive with a PDF

copy of the proposal with the completed rate proposal forms.

All hard copies of the Cost Proposal section should be sealed in a separate large envelope and

placed within respondent’s submittal package. Electronic submittals should have the Cost Proposal

as a separate file.

All proposals must be sealed in a package and received by 5:00 p.m. on, or before, the filing

deadline of November 5, 2025, at:

A proposal must be in writing and must be delivered by mail or in person. Oral, telephonic, facsimile,

telegraphic or electronically transmitted proposals are invalid and the City will not accept or consider

them. Proposers mailing their proposals should allow sufficient time to ensure receipt of their

proposals by the time specified. Proposals received after the Proposal Deadline or at any place other

than the Maintenance Services office at 541 W. Chevy Chase Drive will not be considered.
