NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract COMMUNITY SOLAR CONSULTANT TO ASSIST WITH COMMUNITY SOLAR PROJECTS  25-105-FM on or before October 6, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking a qualified, authorized, and experienced Community Solar Consultant
for its Department of Facilities Management, for the purpose of identifying viable community solar
developments within ComEd service territory that participate in the Illinois Shines program.
