The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain offers for construction of drainage renovations at Macklin School for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
1.1. Sealed digital tenders will be received via email only to:

Until 2:00 pm Saskatchewan Time, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The Tenders will be opened by
the Consultant and the owner at a later date.
Additional Information
- Tender Documents may be obtained digitally on Sask Tenders.
- Tender Documents may be viewed at the Office of the Consultant.
- Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond / Security Deposit, Consent of Surety and Undertaking of Insurance.
- The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
- A mandatory site walkthrough for General Contractors will be provided on September 25, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Assemble outside the Main Entrance at the West Side of the building.
- All contractors must notify the Consultant by email of their intent to attend the site walkthrough. Minimum 24hr prior to noted time.
