Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to provide support to finish implementing a full featured Microsoft Entra ID service for customer adoption. Assistance may also be needed for expansion of existing enterprise Active Directory (“AD”) services to support the build-out of new features within Entra ID. Support could include design recommendations, technical implementation, prescriptive implementation documentation, staff mentoring, and customer onboarding.
