NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25272010 – TAP: Palmer-Fishhook Separated Pathway: Trunk Road to Edgerton Parks Road Cultural Resource Services

Contractor shall provide Cultural Resources services in support of this in-house designed project.  The TAP: Palmer-Fishhook Separated Pathway: Trunk Road to Edgerton Parks Road project will construct a separated, paved, non-motorized pathway from Trunk Road to Edgerton Parks Road. This project may also include: grading, culverts, including fish passage improvements, improved ditching, roadside hardware, utility relocation, vegetation clearing, landscaping, and signs. The Contractor shall provide Historic and Cultural Resources support for the project.

Contractor services include: Historic and Cultural Resources and Initiation and Findings Letters.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2026 to December 2030.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $100,000 to $150,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 14, 2026 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than July 28, 2026, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
