Estimated Cost Range: $70,000 to $170,000

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, and an Installation Floater will be required. Builder's Risk will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts.

Special Considerations: Contractor is responsible for any parking permits. A staging area will be provided, the Construction Project Manager will coordinate this effort with the awarded Contractor.

Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "July 6, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "September 25, 2026."
