The Carson City Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), hereafter referred to as Carson City or City, invites qualified consulting firms (Proposer(s)) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPERATING SERVICES. The contract is a federally funded contract through various Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Qualifications."
