Underground Line Extension Along Alameda and Dalton Ave.

RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the office of City Clerk, City Hall, 213 East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, California, 91702, until 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, for the Construction of LD2026-1 Underground Line Extension along Alameda and Dalton Ave.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK. The work consists of extending the underground circuit as per construction drawings ED2026-1 LINE EXTENSION and completing an underground electric substructure system. The project also includes trenching, backfilling, street restoration, striping, traffic control, and all supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation per the bidding schedule items necessary to construct and complete the project entitled:

COMPLETION OF WORK. All work shall be completed and inspected within 12 calendar weeks after date set forth in the Notice to Proceed.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM beginning at the first floor conference room of Azusa Light and Water Department, 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Azusa, California 91702.
