Brief Description of Work
The following are some of the key elements of the Deliverables:
Work Package 1: Qualitative Focus Group Research Studies and
Work Package 2: Public Opinion and Awareness Quantitative Survey
This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Public Opinion Research Services, specifically Quantitative Survey and Qualitative Focus Group Research Studies. While Proponents must submit an offer for both work packages, the teams assigned to these work packages can differ; in addition, Proponents may opt to subcontract or partner with another Proponent in order to deliver on both packages, subject to the terms related to subcontracting.
If Proponents opt for separate Proposals for each Work Package, all Proposals should be included in one Submission together with the forms requested in this RFP.
