The Department of Transportation intends to purchase subsystem hardware, mounting brackets, cabling installation, computer upgrades, and system updates—including data collection and support—for the current fleet of PathRunner vans from Pathway Services.
The State believes this is a single source purchase because the current equipment and systems can only implement the necessary upgrades and process data through components provided by this contractor.
