This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 ($0 - $3.75M) and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category: 5. Technical, engineering and maintenance services stream
• 5.16 Senior (Level 3) Life Cycle Management Specialist (Team Member #1)
• 5.16 Senior (Level 3) Life Cycle Management Specialist (Team Member #2)
There is an intent to award up to two (2) contracts from this bid solicitation. Bidders do not have to submit a bid for each requested resource (team member).

However, SA holders not invited to bid who wish to do so may, no later than five days prior to the published closing date of the contract, contact the contracting authority and request an invitation to bid. An invitation will be issued unless it would interfere with the proper functioning of the procurement system. Under no circumstances will Canada extend the solicitation closing date to allow these suppliers to bid. Where additional solicitations are issued as part of the solicitation process, they may not be considered in amendments to the solicitation.
Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client'] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. This requirement is for two (2) 5.16 Senior (Level 3) Life Cycle Management Specialist (LCMS) resources to support the Director Maritime Equipment Program Management (Non-Combatants) (DMEPM(NC)) 3-4, as the Systems Authority for Diving Systems. The LCMS services are required to update, maintain, manage and offer logistic and technical support for diving equipment and systems. The LCMS will also provide a wide range of administrative and data management services in support to the Technical Authority for diving equipment and systems utilized by Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) diving units.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract will be from the Date of Contract Award to 31 March 2028 inclusive, followed by three (3) additional one (1) year option periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be for 720 days (per resource)
The estimated level of effort of the option periods will be 240 days (per resource)
