PROJECT BACKGROUND: The Control Panel in the water treatment plant at Carson Pegasus Provincial Park has failed and needs to be upgraded.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To remove existing control panel in the water treatment plant and replace with an upgraded panel that allows pumps to alternate each pump cycle.

SCOPE OF WORK:
• Mobilization & Demobolization
• Remove existing control panel and dispose offsite.
• New control panel with small PLC and 7-inch colour HMI screen. PLC will operate the pumps (well pumps, recirc pumps and distribution pumps).
• Remote communications from phone or PC.
• Install Barnett CV3 cellular alarm dialer with call out alarms. (or equivalent). Pressure sensor to be installed on discharge line and connected to CV3 dialer.
• Sure Call Fusion Pro cellular booster or equivalent.
• Site Cleanup. Dispose all garbage off site and not in the park dumpsters.
