The Office of Historic Alexandria (OHA) seeks qualified and licensed caterers to provide food and beverage services for up to nine (9) evening receptions held aboard three (3) historic tall ships as part of a multi-day public event. Services will include food preparation, beverage service (wine and beer only), staffing, setup, breakdown, and complete removal of all materials and waste. Compliance with all local health, safety, and alcohol regulations is required. The receptions will occur over three (3) consecutive evenings (Friday, June 12 through Sunday, June 14, 2026) aboard the historic tall ships Kalmar Nyckel, Sultana, and Providence, with three receptions per evening (one per vessel).For all communications concerning this RFQ, including submission, please contact Whitney Umarov at whitney.umarov@alexandriava.gov.
