The intent and purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to establish a firm-fixed delivered price contract with one (1) qualified source to provide scheduled preventative maintenance and on-call corrective and emergency maintenance, and repair of the medical equipment listed on Attachment D, based on the requirements and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer(s), The Joint Commission, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Eastern State Hospital (ESH), hereinafter called the Agency.
