ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID HUNTSVILLE-MADISON COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (“Owner”) is requesting separate sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor materials, equipment and services for the BADGING OFFICE RELOCATION PROJECT (the “Project”) at Huntsville International Airport (the “Airport”), located in Huntsville, Alabama. Bids must be submitted electronically to Owner’s Representative, Jim Flowers, at the email address jflowers@hsvairport.org , with a copy to the Engineer, Chapman Sisson Architects, Inc., at the email address jspruill@chapmansisson.com , no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on August 18, 2026 (the “Bid Due Date”). Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in the Request for Proposals package (the “RFP”).

Electronic copies of the Plans and Specifications and the complete Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost by emailing the Engineer. Any and all questions related to the Request for Proposals and other Contract Documents shall be emailed to the Engineer and the Owner’s Representative.

The Project will consist of interior renovation of the existing U.S. Senator Office Suite into the HMCAA Badging Office.

Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities in the bids received, to reject any or all bids, and to enter into negotiations with the lowest responsive bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the Bid Due

Date.
