A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time, at 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
Any inquiries regarding this RFP must be received by emailto John Giannetti jgiannetti@vah.com by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Friday, September 4, 2026.
Contractors wishing to be considered must submit their responses electronically in PDF format to the Superintendent of Maintenance at cgorecki@vah.com no later than 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Monday, September 7, 2026. Hard copies will be accepted at the Public Works Facility located at 222 N Ridge Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Proposals received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
