LABC is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to conduct a location analysis to determine whether the head office's current lease needs to be extended or if a suitable alternative location is better. The qualified firms or individuals will also provide the full range of tenant broker services to extend the current lease or secure a new lease(s).
