BLM-GAOA TRFO CANM MUSEUM INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

This amendment is to add the revised specifications, revised bid schedule, revised pictures, and provide pre-bid attendance documents. No other changes have been made.

This is a solicitation announcement for interior improvements of a museum located at the Bureau of Land Management CANM Visitor Center & Museum, Montezuma County, Colorado. Canyons Of The Ancients Visitor Center & Museum is located at 27501 CO-184 Dolores, CO 81323.

Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; Replace basement ceiling luminaires, remove wallpaper and refinish walls, remodel theater, replace stairlift, replace urinals and toilets, and reconstruct restroom wall.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed.
Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000.
Pre-Bid Site Visit: CAMN MUSEUM Friday, August 15, 2025 at 1pm MT.
