NOTICE TO RESPONDERS
The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of responses for the replacement of toilet partitions at Wilson Middle School. The Request for Responses (“RFR”) may be obtained by emailing

(noon) local time, Friday, beginning on February 26, 2025. Please do not request until then. Please request during regular business hours only. A non-mandatory Pre-Response Conference/Site Walkthrough will be held at Wilson Middle School, 22 Rutledge Road, Natick, MA 01760, at 3:00 PM on March 5,2025. All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Natick Public Schools/Natick Town Administrator, as applicable. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening.
