Description
The City of Douglasville, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the ¿Fowler Field Park Improvements¿. This includes repairing and replacing existing asphalt walkways, the installation of a new exercise area, a wooden boardwalk, and site furnishings, along with a rain garden and site planting with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be based on Unit Price Items.
The project shall be Substantially Complete within 210 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract.
