Project Description: Complete Streets Improvements, including bike lanes, on Columbia Avenue/Main Street from South Beacon Street to Deep Ellum. 56 new trees and 200 pedestrian lighting poles along the Columbia/Main project. There are also upgrades to traffic signals at seven (7) intersections along the project limits and installs new traffic signals at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Avenue.
