The City of Iowa City is soliciting bids from vendors capable of providing
On-call Snow, Sand, Rock, and Debris Hauling Services
in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Bid.
Bids must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of bids will not be accepted.
Important: the City's process for submitting exceptions, deviations, substitutions, and alternates for Requests for Bid has changed. All questions, clarifications, and requests for deviations or exceptions must be submitted through the Ion Wave Q&A feature no later than August 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Only responses issued by the City through Ion Wave will be considered official. Submissions made outside of Ion Wave will not be considered.
