This requirement is for a commercial, performance-based, non-personal service to provide Trane certified technician services located at Beale AFB. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance, diagnostic analysis, and repairs as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be performed in a manner that ensures environmental compliance with local, state and federal regulations and supports Beale AFB's sustainability goals.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Governement not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement. The proposed contract action for Trane certified technician services for which the Government intends to negotiate and award with only one source, Trane U.S. Inc, is being conducted under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(B). Information recieved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement for this scope of work is in the best interest of the Governement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.
Interested parties (at their own cost), must deliver their intent, capabilities and business size status (i.e. 8(a) Business Development small Business Certification, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Woman-Ownedd Small Business (WOSB), or Service-Diabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Business, Large Business, etc.) to satisfy the Governement's requirement to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 10 August 2025.
