Construction of High Voltage Substation
Description:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The APDC is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of a high
voltage (HV) substation at the Port of Albany’s Beacon Island Expansion site located at 340 River Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077. The project will include the installation of Owner supplied electrical equipment and components as outlined in the contract documents. Further information is contained in the Request for Proposal (2025-06) and may be obtained from the APDC by calling 518-463-8763.
Responses are due by 12:00 PM noon on Monday September 15, 2025, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
