Title: Service Support for QIAgility Instruments

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Agency intends to begin service support agreement with Qiagen.
The one year service includes: repair service delivery onsite; service response time within 48 hours or 2 business days; periodic onsite inspection/maintenance up to one year; full coverage repair on parts, labor, and travel included.
Service covers QIAgility HEPA/UV Instruments 1093, 10963, 2441, and 15850 (include laptop). The required service has been deemed a sole source purchase because QIAGEN manufactures, calibrates, certifies, and stocks all parts for repair, calibration, and maintenance of QIAGEN instruments and are not available for any other source or vendor.
The Warranty or Service Agreement does not cover damage caused by service (i.e., repairs and preventative maintenances) performed by a third party, produced or modified by a third party, and if not maintained in accordance with the instructions contained in the Product operator’s manual.
