PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Marion County, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of a licensed hauling and disposal contractor for Marion County ash/debris removal from recent disasters in Marion County.
Procedures for selection of an ash/debris removal contractor will be in accordance with County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. Marion County will begin negotiations with the respondent submitting the lowest bid for ash/debris removal services.

All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole, 818 Hwy 62/412-65N, Harrison, AR 72601, no later than 12 Noon on January 30, 2025, bids will be opened at the Marion County Courthouse Annex at 2:00 pm on January 30th, 2025.
