This project consists of approximately 1,800’ of water main installation, water service connections, connection to existing water main, abandonment of water main, approximately 1,340’ of sewer main, new manholes, manhole removal, connection to existing manholes, sanitary sewer service lines, abandonment of sewer main, installation of storm sewer, specialty storm sewer structures, asphalt removal and AC pavement, concrete pan & gutter removal, concrete sidewalk removal, new concrete work, and rehabilitation of landscaping. Contractor shall follow project sequencing and take notice of special traffic control conditions and project phasing completion dates for the project.
The?City of Spearfish?will receive and accept bids through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service or by sealed paper copy to Michele Freed at the Public Works Office at 625 N 5th St Spearfish SD 57783.
Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project.
