Clarifications to the original Contract Documents, Contract Drawings and/or Specifications have

been deemed necessary, and in certain cases, revisions to the original Contract Documents,

Contract Drawings and/or Specifications are required. If discrepancies and/or inconsistencies

exist between these specified revisions and the original Contract Documents, Contract Drawings

and/or Specifications, said Addendum No. 1 shall govern.

1. A pre-bid meeting was held Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The pre-bid

meeting minutes and sign-in sheet are attached hereto.

2. The attached questions from CivCastUSA.com and emailed questions with their

respective answers shall be considered final and incorporated into the Contract

Documents. As noted in the documents, it was the BIDDER responsibility to provide a

complete bid and ask any questions necessary within the questions period.

3. Certain portions of this project are tax exempt as applicable by tax laws and a certificate

can be supplied to awarded contractor.

4. Forms required with proposal as part of the bid package will be acceptable with signature

using electronic signature.

5. Submission of a bid with any clarifications, stipulations, exceptions shall not be

considered, accepted or incorporated into the contract as a condition for award, contract

or commitment to be able to perform the work.

6. The bid deadline and bid opening date shall remain unchanged.

7. The cornerstone is to procured and delivered to project by Owner. Contractor to

coordinate and/or work with Owner to conduct a “Cornerstone Placement Ceremony”.

8. ALL exterior components of the building itself are to have shop drawing and submittals

provided after award/contract which have attached the proper TDI evaluation report

paperwork included within the submittal. Failure to include the TDI evaluation report for

all items will result in an automatic rejected submittal without further review.

9. Required inspections related to the building alone and more specifically related to

windstorm shall be as outlined on the attachment to this addendum. Contractor required

to give adequate notice to Engineer to allow for scheduling of the inspection. The

Owner’s Engineer will perform Windstorm Inspections and submit all required

paperwork to the Texas Department of Insurance. Repetitive Failed inspections (more

than 1) and subsequent re-inspections shall be paid for by Contractor in the form of

retainage permanent retention in the amount of costs incurred for such inspection(s). The

Engineer will keep costs associated with repetitive failed inspections separately invoiced

from the general engineering costs and provide a detailed breakdown of manhour and

billing rates associated with the failed inspection.
