Description

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development for cloud-based storage and support services.

One of the key priorities of the International Education Strategy is to brand Canada as a top study and research destination through the use of the EduCanada brand. The EduCanada Brand Extranet has been in operation since the launch of the brand in February 2016. The Extranet is used by the International Education (BIE) division, missions abroad, Canadian educational institutions and other stakeholders to access brand use policies, assets, and promotional materials in a cost effective and efficient way. BIE requires a digital asset management (DAM) system and brand portal for the EduCanada Brand Extranet.

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus three (3) one (1) year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
