Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of American with Disability Act (ADA) Compliant Transit Vehicles and accessories. Offers may include installation and maintenance and repair pricing of such equipment but must offer ADA specific vehicles. This Contract may be used by Agencies and Affiliates of the State. This includes related institutions, departments, boards, commissions, or committees acting on its behalf. It also applies to state, county, or local governments within their home state and those authorized through multistate or multigovernmental agreements.

The Contract is awarded as a Mandatory Statewide contract on behalf of the State of Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). All state agencies and state affiliates shall avail themselves of this contract.
