Summary The Alabama Department of Youth Services is soliciting bids to secure a Master Agreement for Prescription Drugs for students residing on the Mt. Meigs Campus located at 1000 Industrial School RD. and the Vacca Campus located at 8950 Roebuck Blvd. Birmingham, AL 35206. The suppliers will enter one (1) in the unit price on the item grids. The bid prices must be filled out on the Supplier Pricing Sheet, provided in the Documents section, and attached in the Q uestionnaire . If the Supplier Pricing Sheet is not attached to the questionnaire, or not filled out correctly, the bid will be rejected.
