The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby requests the submittal of proposals from qualified professional firms, agencies, organizations, and municipalities for the following: ADMINISTRATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PROGRAM YEAR 2026 in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. Funds have been budgeted for these services in the amount not to exceed $20,391 for the provision of Public Services (such as food security program, childcare, or housing counselling), $118,830 for public facility improvements, and $60,847 affordable housing.
