Gilbane-Flintco JV as Construction Manager-at-Risk for Houston First, in accordance with Texas
Government Code 2269, will receive proposals from all qualified subcontractors for the George R.
Brown Convention Center and Convention District Transformation Project.

Attendance is strongly encouraged.
A Pre-Bid site walkthrough will be held on June 23rd, 2026, at 10AM
Meet at L1 Elevator Lobby Area of Tundra Parking Garage @ 1515 Jackson St, Houston, TX 77003
at 10AM to sign in with Gilbane/Flintco. The Walkthrough will be from the rooftop of the parking garage
which is off-site so Full PPE is not required. Parking will not be provided, each bidder is to park at
their own risk.
Sealed Proposals from Trade Contractors will be received at Gilbane Building Company, 811
Main St., Suite 2450, Houston, Texas 77002. Expressed mailed or delivered proposals are due
prior to 2:00 PM, July 14, 2026.
Gilbane - Flintco is committed to MWBE/HUB participation for this project. Proposals submitted
should include the anticipated percentage of subcontractor, sub-tier contractor, or material supplier
participation.
