RFQ - Owners Representative Services

West Memphis School District (the “Owner”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative (“OR”) services for the Administration Building Project (the “Project”). This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is issued to identify and shortlist firms with the experience, capacity, and qualifications necessary to represent the Owner’s interests throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Firms that submit responsive and qualifying SOQs may be invited to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (“RFP”), which will include detailed scope, fee proposal requirements, and interviews.
