Description
Replace the existing oil-fired boiler with a new, high-efficiency oil hot water boiler.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 889 Washington Ave at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026.
Attendance and on-time sign-in at the pre-bid conference by a representative of each Bidder is mandatory.
There will be a second mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 1, 2026 at 3:00PM at 889 Washington Avenue Extension, Waterbury, CT.
If you attended the meeting on June 16, 2026, your company does not need to attend but is welcome.
